A low specs pc could easily run it. Where other os like Kali and blackbox need a heavy performance spec to work, this os could perform all tasks easily and smoothly in a low end pc. It also comes in smartphone version which is available in it's official website. It's is more useful then Kali Linux to do general work. It has many extra tools which will make your go easy. But if you are a beginner i wouldn't recommend you both cause they are complicated. You should further go for Ubuntu Linux if you are a beginner. Easy , simple and could do your general works easily.
